Jim McArthur Appointed to President of IST

Innovative Steam Technologies Inc. (IST) is pleased to announce the promotion of Mr. James McArthur P.Eng., to President of IST reporting to the Board Chairman and Lead Director. In his position Mr. McArthur will work closely with the Executive Committee and the Board to pursue the goals set out in the IST strategic plan.
In addition, IST would like to announce that Mr. Robert Dautovich P.Eng., will transition from the President position and will assume the new role of Vice Chairman of IST reporting to the President and will focus his involvement in market and product development. Mr. Dautovich will also remain a member of IST’s Board of Directors.
Mr. McArthur joined IST in 1993 as a Project Engineer, and has been promoted to various positions within the Project Execution and Sales departments at IST. In 2000 he assumed the role of Vice President of Technology and most recently held the role of Vice President of Operations.
Mr. Dautovich has served as President of IST for the last 17 years and was the first employee of IST hired in 1992. He has contributed to the continued expansion of IST’s worldwide customer base with over 200 units sold on 6 continents.
