Terms and Conditions

This agreement describes the terms and conditions for online access to the IST Client Center. This Agreement will commence on the date of my application to gain verified access, and will continue unless terminated by either party.

Non-Disclosure:

All materials on this online client center are restricted for use directly by verified client center users. This area contains no information for the general public. All users accessing information and documents in this section are required to have an individual access account controlled by their corporate or professional email address. By clicking 'I Agree' below, I agree to keep cliented information under my direct control and I will specifically not provide it to others via email, printing, faxing, posting to internal or external servers or other means of giving access. I affirm that I am not an employee or contractor to a direct competitor of IST and I will also specifically not provide information from this client center to competitors of IST.

Conditional on Verification of Email Address:

I am an employee or contractor to the company for which I will give an email address. If I do not use a corporate email address, I understand that there will be a delay in verification and that I may be required to provide further information in order to become verified to use this client center. IST is under no obligation to verify my account. IST may cancel my account at any time without notice.

Limitation of Responsibility:

IST will not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages arising in connection with this Agreement or Program. IST makes no representation that the operation of our site will be uninterrupted or error-free and will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors. IST will not be responsible for loss due to down times, because of complications with the hosting equipment or technical errors. IST retains the right to change these terms and conditions and/or content at any time.
